At Ashlar Kidz, we strongly believe in the above philosophy and we have put our heart and soul into making this true for young learners. The relationship, they form with education at this stage stays for lifetime. It is our endeavour to make this relationship a healthy one where kids look forward to studying rather than being forced to study.

We met a lot of kids, asked them a numerous questions, observed their behaviours under different conditions, made them go through a lot of activities, gave them physical tasks to perform. We at Ashlar Kidz, also did an in-depth secondary research, went through exceedingly long and sometimes boring papers on kids’ brains, their physical attributes, learning process.

We also interviewed teachers across the country, listened to their view points, the difficulties they face in teaching and making kids learn. The ideas they have for making education more fun and interesting for the restless young minds.

Finally we met parents, heard their stories, experiences of raising their kids , the problems they faced in making their young ones study, why somebody’s kid is more interested in studies than others etc.

Along with all these, we also studied the more evolved and child friendly education system of some of the western countries.

The result is the series of innovative books made with pure love, where we have taken care of even the smallest of the details which make a big difference in the education experience of a child!

Management Team

Ashlar Education Consultants is led by a team of intensely positive, talented, creative and highly experienced professionals who have an in-depth industrial, financial and technical knowledge. Our core management team is a combination of the Executionist – Mr. Mausam Arora, the Publishing Industry Stalwart – Mr. Sunil Kumar, the Big Game player – Mr. Bharat Bansal, and the International Khiladi -Mr. Sanjay Bhatia. Their sole aim is to take Ashlar to the pinnacle of success in education field cater to it globally through innovative concepts and ideas.

Mr. Mausam Arora
He is the youngest of the lot and leads the day-to-day working of the organization. A premier B-School graduate with global experience, he is calmness personified. With his global exposure, creative thinking and innovative ideas, he has been instrumental in conceptualizing some of the finest books for school students. His positive demeanor has made office a FUN place to work for everyone.

Mr. Sunil Kumar 
He is one of the strongest pillars of the Company and has 20 years of rich experience in the Publication sector and Financial Market in India. He has been associated with the Company as a Director since its inception. He is responsible for all the functional working of the Company. Sunil is seen in most of the Investor Awareness Programmes and business promotion activities.

Mr. Bharat Bansal
He is the Group CMD and one of the founders Directors of Ashlar Group. He is known for his 17 years of vast experience and knowledge on Publication, Metal Trading & Capital Market. He is one of the Key pillars of the Company who has the vision to create business of excellence. He has been associated with the Company as a promoter.

Mr. Sanjay Bhatia
He is an Industry outsider whose passion for education brought him to India from Dubai in search of a perfect business opportunity in this field. His ideas, marketing acumen and international business experience have helped us set international standards for every core of the organization.
