This group contains colors. We can choose a color from this group.

DRAWING IN PAINT

To make a drawing in Paint, we use commands in different groups of the

Home tab.

Drawing Shapes

The Shapes group has many shapes.

• The Rectangle shape ( ) is used to draw rectangles and squares.
• The Oval shape ( ) is used to draw ovals and circles.

• The Line shape ( ) is used to draw straight lines.

Step 1: Choose and click on any shape in the Shapes group.

Step 2: Select the thickness of line from the Size group.

Step 3: Choose a color from the Colors group.

Step 4: Drag the pointer in the Drawing area to draw the shape.
