The different times of a day are morning, afternoon, evening and night.

TIME
A clock or watch tells us the time.
It has two hands and numbers from 1 to 12.
The short hand shows the hour. It is called the hour hand.
The long hand shows the minute. It is called the minute hand.
In the clock, the hour hand is at

The time is 3 o’clock or 3:00. 10 2
The hour hand moves from one 9 3 Hour Hand
number to the next number in 8 4
1 hour. The minute hand 7 6 5
completes one round in 1 hour.
