Step 7: Click the down arrow of Add Chart Element button and select More Trendline Options
under Trendline. The Format Trendline pane appears. Put a tick mark on Display Equation
on chart and Display R-squared value on chart as shown.

Step 8: Go to the Data tab and select the Data Analysis option. The Data Analysis dialog box opens.
Select the Regression option and click the OK button.

Step 9: Input Y Range by selecting the Distance column data along with column name Distance
and Input X Range by selecting the Speed column data along with column name Speed. Put
a tick on the check box for Labels and select output range and click on any cell where you
want the output to be displayed. Click the OK button.

The summarised output for regression statistics appears on the sheet.
