         u Chatbots

             customer queries and facilitating transactions.

         u Syntax
             Syntax refers to the structure of the text according to the rules of the language, whether natural or computer.
         u Semantics
             Semantics describe the meaning of words, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs in the text with reference
             to the context of the text.
