Example 1: The boy in the red shirt is eating it. It melted quickly.

Here, the context of “it” in the second sentence is not clear as it could refer to either the “boy” or the “ice
             cream”.

Example 2: The boy in the red shirt is eating an ice cream. It melted quickly.
Here, it is clear from the first sentence that the “it” in the second sentence refers to the “ice cream”.

The boy in the red shirt is eating it. It melted quickly.

                                                           Not Clear

The boy in the red shirt is eating an ice cream. It melted quickly.

                                                             Clear

u Pragmatic Analysis: Pragmatism describes the interpretation of language’s intended meaning, not the one
conveyed literally by the words or phrases. Pragmatic Analysis attempts to derive the intended — not literal
             — meaning of language.

Relax! I,m just pulling your leg

                                                     Means he is just joking

Does not mean he's pulling his actual leag

In the above example, the speaker is not actually puling the leg of the other person. He is just joking and fooling
        around with the other person.

Thus, the actual meaning of the words is not relevant here. Pragmatic Analysis in NLP helps discover the intended
meaning in text to understand the emotion contained – humour, elation, surprise, sarcasm, etc.
        CHATBOTS

Chatbots, a conversational agent, is one of the most common applications of the NLP domain. Nowadays,
chatbots are widely used a websites banks and financial institutions for assisting various types of transactional
activities. The main benefit of chatbots in the banking industry is to solve the customer queries about online
banking and giving them information about account opening, card loss, etc.
Chatbots can be integrated into various platforms, including websites, messaging apps (like Facebook Messenger
and WhatsApp), social media, and even voice assistants. A chatbot may prompt you to ask a question or describe
a problem, to which it will either clarify what you said or provide a response. One of the biggest benefits of
chatbots is that they’re available 24/7 and can continue to provide customer support and collect leads long after
your sales and support representatives finish their shifts.
